About Humber Valley Art Club
Humber Valley Art Club members meet weekly to experience the joy of creation through painting and with the goal of attaining a professional level of competence. A non-profit organization, founded in 1951, Humber Valley Art Club has established a strong reputation in the art milieu offering quality instruction to adults at all levels.
Membership
- $25.00 plus $110.00 NPCC Standard Membership

Workshops
Held in Studio A, Neilson Park Creative Centre every Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM, from September to May Humber Valley Art Club offers quality art instruction to adults at all levels in watercolour, acrylic, drawing, printmaking. Class size is usually limited to 30 unless a specified limit is advertised. Workshops are varied, interesting, and challenging. Classes fill rapidly and are on a first-come-first-served basis. Applications will not be processed until membership fees for both Neilson Park Creative Centre and Humber Valley Art Club have been paid and a cheque for the workshops of choice has been received by the registrar. However, if you are a member and interested in attending a class now filled, you may have your name put on the "waiting list" as there are generally some last minute cancellations for a variety of reasons.
Exhibitions
Two exhibitions are held in each year:
- Artists Choice show at Neilson Park Creative Centre
- Annual Juried Show at Etobicoke Civic Centre Art Gallery To exhibit at the Juried Show a member is required to attend at least one series of classes in the current season.
