For over 53 years, EAG has been an organization devoted to furthering the best interests of art, through the mutual and cooperative efforts of our members.
Our classes are held in Studio B, a bright and cheery studio, that provides space for up to fifteen members in a class situation to work together and share ideas. Studio B is equipped with tables, chairs, easels, drawing horses, both large and small printing presses, slot-hood and overhead ventilation, and a variety of still-life materials. This past year, classes included portraiture, life drawing and painting, painting in oils or acrylics, sculpture, printmaking and workshops in encaustic, printmaking and still-life.
EAG MEMBERSHIP is open to everyone upon payment of an annual membership in Neilson Park Creative Centre and payment of EAG’s annual fee. No membership fee is required for students under 18 years of age. The EAG membership year is September 1st to August 31st annually. At present the EAG membership fee is $30.00 plus the Neilson Park Creative Centre fee of $75.00.
