Create a contemporary, impressionistic styled painting using a brayer roller and one or two flat brushes. Traditionally used for spreading ink in the printmaking process; the brayer can be used as a fine art painting tool. Experiment with creating shapes by overlapping blocks of colour and see how layers rolled in different directions provide complexity and texture. Learn to just have fun layering surfaces and free your creativity as you watch your painting take shape. Materials list available soon.
