Mind Over Matter


We're thrilled to announce a new program in partnership with 7 Creative Community called Mind Over Matter, a wellness-based approach to holistic development. A series of recurring online workshops will be offered for free to members of the community.
These workshops will draw focus to nutrition, health, mindfulness and financial wellness. We gratefully acknowledge funding from the Ontario Trillium Foundation to make this project possible.
Mind Over Matter workshops are open to everyone register and free of charge.
NPCC has chosen Zoom to be the platform for our online classes. A few days before the workshop start dates, we will email you the Zoom meeting link.
