Origin Story
November 26 to December 15, 2024
Location: Parkview Gallery
Presented by: Etobicoke Quilters’ Guild
Every work of art carries a story—an origin, a beginning from which it unfolds and evolves. In this exhibition by Etobicoke Quilters’ Guild, Origin Story, we explore the moments, experiences, and forces that shape an artist’s vision.
Whether drawn from personal history, cultural heritage, or the raw power of imagination, the pieces on display invite viewers to trace the roots of inspiration, while reflecting on their own journeys of self-discovery.
From abstract forms that speak to primal instincts, to works that evoke the richness of myth and memory, each piece in Origin Story is an exploration of what it means to begin — to create, to transform, and to emerge into something new.
Welcome to Origin Story — where every story begins.
