NPCC Summer Camper Scholarship Information & Form
Our summer camp scholarship program is designed to enable Newcomer and Indigenous families or families with a combined household income of $50K or less to provide an arts-focused camp experience for their child. Scholarships are available for a maximum of one week of summer camp per child and are free of charge. Morning and afternoon extended care is also available at no cost.
Eligibility
- Indigenous families
- Newcomer families who arrived in Canada as of July 1, 2018
- Families with a combined household income of $50K or less
Spaces are limited and based on availability. Registration will be processed for your camper once scholarship is confirmed. Please note that camps fill up quickly and early application is advised. Check our website for camp availability to avoid disappointment.
Number of scholarships available:Â 36
Age Range:Â 5-14 years of age
Deadline to apply:Â Friday, June 6, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
When to submit application:Â now through the deadline date. Please note that camps fill up quickly and early application is advised.
Cost: one week of camp free of charge (retail value of $330 + $60 for extended morning care + $60 for extended afternoon care for a total retail value of $450)

DEADLINE TO APPLY
The deadline to apply is Friday, June 6, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Applications are reviewed and placements are made on a first come, first-served basis. Parents/guardians will be contacted when the scholarship request is approved.
DATES AND TIMES
Summer camps begin on July 2 and end on August 29, 2025. Most camps run Monday through Friday, unless a holiday falls within the camp period. Camp takes place from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. with the option for extended care. Morning and afternoon extended care are available for all camps at no charge.
