NPCC is excited to offer this amazing class with Jessica Rysyk, BFA, Sculpture and Installation. In this session, participants will learn how to use specialized materials for mould making and sculpture and will gain a practical, understanding of the properties and capabilities of sculpture compounds like silicone and other materials (chemical and odour free). Students will get the opportunity to implement the whole process of dump-mould mould making, from concept and mother mould design to creating casts. Plaster will be provided by the instructor as well as some supportive kit items, $16 per person, to be paid directly to the instructor at the start of class. Jessica is an artist and fabricator for conceptual art projects and commercial design, and has a long list of public and corporate art project accomplishments.
