Who brought their pet bluefin tuna to class? Where is my other tube sock? We just solved the mystery of dark matter in the universe! All announcements and exclamations are welcome as children explore artistic projects with a myriad of messages. Headlines of hyperbole, mysteries solved and amazing discoveries are just a few themes to be explored as children are introduced to a variety of art materials. Skilled instructors and child and youth care workers will support with education on technique, composition and colour theory as children are encouraged through a variety of fun projects like frame-worthy news clippings, famous people character portraits and dimensional art discoveries. In this class, the media really is the message. All materials are included.
