Children are invited to join in this free workshop in celebration of Indigenous History Month. Anishinaabe artist Mark Seabrook of Twin Ravens Art will lead an in person Woodland Style art making session allowing participants to learn about Indigenous culture and Anishinaabe traditional teachings and stories from Manitoulin Island! Participants will learn to draw then paint their piece while experiencing an enriching and educational presentation about the significance of symbols, colours and wildlife in Anishinaabe works. All materials are included.
