Sunita Sinha leads this one-hour workshop focused on practicing and learning mindfulness techniques. The session aims to cultivate a present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and develop inner peace as we transition from summer to fall and into winter. Sunita is a mindset coach and draws from Vedic wisdom. She is passionate about helping others navigate their aspirations. As a certified life coach and yoga teacher, she brings a unique blend of Eastern and Western philosophies to her practice along with her multi-disciplined career background which has given her a 360-degree view of life. We invite participants to bring in their favourite or special tea cups for Sunita to share her fragrant and delicious tea during the practice.
