This acrylic painting course will explore the different ways in which memory distorts reality and how time changes our perception of the past. Students will work on paintings inspired by particular significant memories or moments in time, and experiment with ways of evolving, merging, or building on these events, thereby infusing them with new layers of meaning. Artist Instructor Vitaly Medvedovsky MFA, has taught and exhibited in solo and group exhibitions all over Canada and internationally. He has received numerous awards.
