Learn from a seasoned Master Pastelist and enjoy creating beautiful rural winter or spring scenery with the forgiving, blendable and fun medium of soft pastel. In this prolific session, participants will learn how to create a landscape starting with underpainting and adding layers of pastel while going through the stages of the composition process. Learn subject-specific blending and colour mixing techniques and benefit from the instructor’s expert step-by-step demonstrations and constructive critique. Individual attention will help participants master this this amazing medium with this accomplished and popular artist. Maria Iva is a signature member of Pastel Artists Canada.
