Children explore pop art, isometric art, tessellations, and graphic art that allows them to celebrate their favourite foods, colours, adorable characters, animals or games! They learn to compose projects in a way that help a young mind organize around creating a mental image and capturing it on paper in the way they imagined it! ItÂ’s a step-by-step skill-building class with lots of guided support that is full of fun, optical colour tricks and a variety of media. Using geometric shapes, specialty papers, and colour wheels, participants will learn how to create foreground, middle ground and background in their art and how to achieve certain effects in quick and creative ways! All materials are included and all projects are suited to the age range of the class.
