This session will focus on strong colour, bold composition, and the dynamic energy of contemporary painting. Activate your sense of space, harmony and balance while fine-tuning the partnership between creative force and decision. The process of vision to execution will be supported with individual attention in regard to materials, concept, and technique in consultation with Steve Rose: MFA, exhibiting artist, and expert instructor. This will be a busy, active studio experience with plenty of inspiration provided through examples and brief lecture sessions to highlight the techniques and subjects of successful compositions and influencing artists.
