Living in Canada, we get to experience a lot of Winter. – The way the snow blankets the ground like its own thick layer of paint, and how it hangs in perfectly-sculpted mounds amongst the trees. Moonlight reflecting off snow creates a night light that is a magical, a uniquely colourful event worth observing and capturing. In this session, artists connect with one another in the studio environment and receive step-by-step guidance as they complete a work from a provided landscape reference. Darlene’s work is described as semi-abstracted spirited landscape. For a materials list, please refer to our website.
