Learn to draw and paint your favourite characters from the most binge-worthy shows, video games, cartoons, comics, movies and more! Explore figure drawing inspired by pixel and 8-bit style, semi realism and realism and learn to draw many types of facial features, hair styles and clothing that communicates movement, and environment. Experiment with a variety of media such as ink, watercolour, acrylic paint, pencil, collage and more, and learn to express light, shadow, and perspective. Have fun developing your own characters too! Learn to make cool collectable style sculptures and 3D art using a variety of art materials from fabric to clay. Projects will be tuned to the skills and interests of each age group and classes will be led by our wonderful team of fun, kind and supportive art instructors and counsellors who are also experienced in child and youth care.
