Creating with ink is easy, fun and so visually appealing! Participants can expect to develop a foundational understanding of working with India ink and will learn techniques for expressive mark-making, line work, and application. Everyone will enjoy the explorative process of layering ink with other mixed media materials and will be able to produce a finished piece within the session to take home. Kathryn Boyd, Toronto-based artist and art instructor with over 15 years of experience across ink, paint, textiles, collage, and intuitive mark-making welcomes participants of all levels to enjoy this creative experience rooted in themes of healing, connection, and personal expression.
