This week-long art session for kids blends creative expression and a variety of media with everyday utility. Participants will make fun, funky, beautiful, and curious objects they can use but also appreciate as artistic compositions. Fine art and everyday life touch noses in this session like you and your favourite pillow, your pet, your go-to accessory, coolest t-shirt, or desktop organizer (okay, so not everyone touches their nose to their desktop organizer, but you know what we mean). Children in all age groups enjoy making projects tuned to their developmental stage and interests with the most caring art instructors and child and youth care practitioners who are devoted to their creative development and positive experience. Plenty of fun, friendship and outdoor breaks make for a great March Break week and to top it off, all parents and caregivers are invited to enjoy the Friday art exhibition held by all the kids! Morning and afternoon extended care is available. Registrants will receive an informative welcome email prior to the start of the session with all necessary details.
