Grounded in the principles and practices of art therapy, the Creative Wellness Art Program invites participants to explore their inner world through creative expression and reflection. Emphasizing a process over product approach, this class focuses on the experience of making art rather than the outcome, encouraging self-discovery, relaxation, and emotional awareness. No prior art experience is needed; each session offers gentle guidance through activities designed to nurture mindfulness, connection, and personal growth. Participants will leave feeling more centered, inspired, and attuned to their own sense of wellbeing. The Instructor for this course is Dylan Cullen, a multidisciplinary mixed-media artist with a bachelors degree in Fine Arts and Psychology who is in the process of pursuing a career in art therapy. Using knowledge from both disciplines, Dylan will ensure a safe and inclusive space for any and all who wish to explore the process of art for wellbeing.
