In this session, participants create their own star-shaped Parol lantern, a traditional Filipino holiday craft that represents hope, light, and community. Through constructing, layering, and decorating, they explore simple sculptural techniques as they take part in a hands-on traditional Parol making experience with Gabby Dayao. A kit purchase is required for this workshop, $10 per person, cash accepted. Kit includes all materials required to construct and decorate your beautiful lantern.
