Katy Wong is a Lee Holden certified mindfulness movement instructor, specializing in ancient Eastern modalities including Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga. She is active throughout the Etobicoke community, facilitating programs at many venues. Drawing on a corporate background, Katy brings a high level of professionalism to her instruction, skillfully using her practice as a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern living to make profound concepts approachable and friendly. Beyond the physical movements, Katy integrates Taoist and Buddhist philosophy—often described as “listening to moving poetry.” Her teaching focuses on gently building strength, balance, and flexibility while using rhythmic movement and inspiration from nature to regulate the nervous system.
