Award winning Mosaic Artist, Elena Martoglio will guide students through design, adhesive and grouting processes as they learn to make stunning works of mosaic animal portrait art. The class will focus on the process for works that will be displayed indoors as outdoor methods employ different materials. Everyone will enjoy a seamless process as all materials will be available through the instructor as a kit, including tiles, on the first day of class. Kit price: $45.00, cash accepted. Students are able to request the general colour palette of the animal they will be making a portrait of to ensure the instructor is equipped with necessary colours, and may like to bring some items from home to add to the uniqueness of their projects. The project substrate size will be 13 x 13″.
