Learn from a seasoned Master Pastelist with Eminent Circle (MPAC-EP) from Pastel Artists Canada! Enjoy the inspiring and wonderful experience of creating art outdoors with the forgiving, blendable and fun medium of soft pastel. Participants will first meet indoors to go over some class details and understand the instructor’s support process in observation and technique as she moves from student to student. Registrants are able to create more than one work of art throughout the day and change their location around our beautiful, forested, and river-ribboned Neilson Park. Students will practice achieving depth, fine-tune blending methods and colour mixing techniques, and will benefit from expert feedback and perhaps some demonstrations in-studio at the end of the session.
