Toni Caldarone
November 3 to November 21, 2026
Location: Founders Gallery
Presented by: Toni Caldarone
Toni Caldarone is an art instructor and maker of creative things be it art or craft or both. She has been teaching children and adults for close to twenty-five years through a variety of organizations such as TDSB’s Learn4Life Community Program, Artsjam, Parks & Recreation and private workshops. She currently teaches throughout the year at Neilson Park Creative Centre and Haliburton School of Art & Design’s summer program.
Her own artwork strays between reality and its counterpart where natural and recycled materials find their way into her work. Toni is currently experiencing a renewed interest in collage, mixed media and 3-D work.
Through her business, Stones By Toni, in addition to creating her own intuitive artwork, she also creates one-of-a-kind designs on hand-collected shore-washed stones and walking sticks along with driftwood which she then sells exclusively through Neilson Park Creative Centre’s Annual Winter Handmade Art and Fine Craft Sale.
This current show of her creations here at Neilson Park Creative Centre incorporates upcycled frames and cardboard tubes she has gathered along her trails of scrounging and saving them from landfill.
Toni thanks you for taking the time to look at her artwork and possibly finding new homes.
